Arrival transfer

Our reception at the Galeão airport starts at 9:00 and ends at11:00 pm, with an extra special night only reception. If your flight arrives outside this time will be charged a fee orthe passenger may wait in the coffee shop of the Aviator,located at terminal 2 until the arrival of the receptionists.

RECEPTION AT THE AIRPORT ANTONIO CARLOS JOBIM – GALEÃO

 

Our receptionist will wait at the exit of the flight carrying asign with the name of the passenger. The waiting period is 1 hour After the aircraft be pousada in the courtyard. If for somereason the passenger disembark after this waiting period andif missed our receptionist, should contact one of our phones.


In case of flight delay, we can transfer the passenger to thenext car, if there is availability. If there is no  availability, the passenger must go to the airline to solve theproblem or hire a private transfer.

RECEPTION AT THE AIRPORT SANTOS DUMONT
We do not offer reception at this airport, the meeting point isat the information desk of INFRAERO. For this shuttleservice  an additional charge is charged.

Output Transfer

The day before the departure of the passenger we send a notice to the reception of the hotel, with the time that we will pass to seek it, the passenger should look for this warning and in case of any divergence should contact one of our phones. At the indicated time the passenger must be waiting at the reception with the account paid and their luggage, because at any moment the vehicle can pass to look for it. The standby tolerance of the vehicle is 5 minutes per hotel. If the vehicle passes and the passenger surpasses this waiting tolerance, the driver will request the signature of the receptionist of the hotel to prove that he / she was in the place and will follow his itinerary for the other hotels, being left to the passenger his transfer. You will be charged NO SHOW. This service is a regular and shared service, we schedule the same time with all hotels, and we only do the itinerary on the day, small delays can occur.

Departure times may be anticipated depending on the traffic conditions of the day. The passenger can modify this schedule by contacting us and signing a liability agreement in case he loses his flight.

No Show

It is considered NO SHOW, when the passenger is not at the place and / or scheduled time. The service is charged in full.

Luggage

Each passenger will be able to board with a medium-sized suitcase and a carry-on bag. If the passenger has excess baggage, it is up to the driver to authorize the boarding or not, depending on the number of passengers and the space available in the vehicle. In the case of a hostel with difficult access where a support car is necessary, the passenger must accompany the luggage exchange of the vehicles.

The luggage is entirely the responsibility of the passenger, we are not responsible for forgotten objects or bags inside the vehicles.
